Thank you for choosing me to be your beauty consultant and artist. 💗 Salon One Sixteen is all about giving a welcoming, relaxing, and refreshing experience. The goal is to come in, unwind, and shut the rest of the world off for a few moments while you take time for yourself. If anyone had told me 3 years ago that this is where I’d be, I wouldn’t have believed you. I learned, recently, that my love language is acts of service and words of affirmations. So of course, making someone feel beautiful follows that love language. With years of experience. I’ve been able to tailor my services to be the upmost meticulous in the areas I specialize in. Color is always evolving and I keep up on the latest trends and fashions and I take pride in color that lasts. All of my color services are all inclusive.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY ♥️ All cancelled services is $50 non refundable charge. All color services require a non refundable $50 deposit towards your total appointment costs. 72 hrs cancellation fee is 25% of service cost, non refundable. 48 hrs cancellation fee is 40% of service cost, non refundable. 24 hrs cancellation fee is 70% of service cost, non refundable. No show, same day cancellation fee 90% will be charged, no refundable, can not go towards next appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 90% of service cost. If you are late more than 3 times you will no longer be allowed to book. If you come to your color appointment with dirty hair your appointment could be cancelled or have an additional cleaning cost. It is a myth that color takes better on dirty hair. One day old of dirty is okay but please wash your hair the day before any coloring or lightening appointments. If your appointment is cancelled due to this you will still be responsible for paying the entirety of the service scheduled. This is my policy, set in place to protect my time and business. Thank you so much for understanding and thank you for your support. Sick cancellacations: if you are sick please let me know 48 hours in advance. If you give me an advance notice you will only have to pay the $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel same day of or less than 48 hours the entire service will be charged. If you come to the salon sick or have someone in your home sick the appointment may be cancelled and you will be responsible for paying the entirety of the appointment.
