Cancellation Policy

❤ BOOKING Delivering the best care is my top priority, and that is why I have policies set in place. To secure your booking appointment deposits may be required, which is deducted from your final cost of your appointment. I accept payments via cash, venmo, and cashapp. CANCELLATIONS * If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment I require at least 72 hour notice. * ALL cancelled color appointments before 72 hours is automatic $50.00 nonrefundable fee. * Failure to do so will result in cancellation fees up to 95% of your appointment total. LATE ARRIVAL * Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service. I will not rush to accomodate you being late. You may come and wait in the lobby 5-10 minutes early. * If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment or only do what can fit in the time left. If your appointment is cancelled, you will still be charged for your appointment. * If you are late more than 3 times you will be required to put a deposit towards all future appointments. NO SHOW POLICY * You will be considered a no show if you miss your appointment without providing any notice or communication. * ALL no shows will be charged 90% of your appointment cost and is not negotiable. AFTER HOURS AND CLOSED DAYS * If you need in on my closed days or after hours there is an additional $30-100 per hour depending on length of appointment and unless discussed about the situation.
